1. Get Outside

Go outside and enjoy a walk or jog down the street, a hike through a nearby trail, or just window shop around town; whichever you prefer.

Sometimes the weather is not always on our side, but even if you have to put on a raincoat or a pair of snow boots the fresh, open air will instantly clear your mind.

2. Meditate

You don’t have to be an expert or a Yogi to gain positive benefits from quiet meditation.  Take time early in the morning or whenever you have a moment to yourself to sit down and meditate.  It will instantly relieve your stress and take your mind off all the holiday pressure.
